Being a member of my website is the easiest way to book, reschedule, and cancel sessions! To become a site member, look at the "Site Members" FAQ section.

Once you're a site member, you can reschedule sessions yourself:
Login using the icon in the top right corner:

Once logged in, click on your initial icon in the top right corner and select My Bookings:

This page will show any upcoming sessions you've already booked online. Click "Reschedule" for the session you'd like to reschedule.

Pick a new date and time and click "Reschedule".

Click "Confirm" on the following prompt to confirm the new date and time.

That's it, you're all rescheduled! 😄  The new date and time should be shown in the "My Bookings" in your account.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. If you can reschedule within the same calendar week (Mon-Sun), the cancellation fee will be waived.
